SEA&WIN is a mobile game created by the Seattle FIFA World Cup 2026™ Local Organizing Committee. It’s designed to help residents and visitors explore Washington’s arts, culture, neighborhoods, and small businesses—while earning prizes along the way.
From March through early July 2026, players will be able exchange points they earn within SEA&WIN for World Cup-related prizes.
SEA&WIN is an app-based mobile game that encourages players to visit cultural institutions, small businesses, public art, public spaces, and other locations of interest called “stops.” Groups of 10-20 stops make up “tours.” Groups of stops make up “loops.” The Unity Loop is one of several loops that SEA&WIN encourages players to visit.
Getting Started
No.
Open the app, select a tour or loop, then pick a Stop and start exploring. Players whose GPS-enabled phone gets within a certain distance of any stop can collect points and win additional points by playing mini-games and taking quizzes within SEA&WIN.
Tap a Stop, hit Directions, and choose your preferred maps app.
A Stop is a real-world location—like a participating business, park, art piece, or cultural site—defined by GPS coordinates, name, thumbnail, and a short description. Visiting unlocks its mini-game and quiz.
Mini-games, Quizzes, and Drills

Challenges are daily practice drills you can do anywhere - great for improving skills or playing at night. They rotate daily, don’t use leaderboards, and can also serve as tutorials.
You can keep trying until you successfully complete the quiz.
Yes. You can complete both and earn points for each completed activity.
No. Quitting before completion means you won’t earn Points from that game and you’ll lose progress from that attempt.
No. Mini-games are optional—you can focus on visiting Stops and taking quizzes if you prefer.
Mini-games are bite-sized soccer-themed activities that use your phone’s camera, motion sensors, or microphone to simulate simple game actions. Each mini-game takes about 15–60 seconds to play and rewards you with points based on your score. Examples are:
- Target Practice (head the ball to hit targets)
- Defense (use your phone/face to block shots)
- Free Kick (penalty-style challenges)
- Fan Mini-game (control a floating ball with your voice volume)

Leaderboards rank players by mini-game scores during weekly periods; top performers earn bonus points at the end of the tournament. There isn’t a single global cumulative leaderboard.
A Golden Ball is a special collectible available at select Prize Pick-Up Sites during each prize window. Players who collect one and provide valid contact information will be entered for Grand Prize consideration. How are Grand Prize (“Golden Ball”) winners selected? At the end of each prize window: The two players with the highest verified Ticket totals (one from a Seattle-based Prize Site, one from elsewhere in Washington) are selected as Golden Ball winners. You must be 18 or older to select a Golden Ball. Winners are contacted directly using the information in their SEA&WIN account and invited to a VIP experience. After each window, the winners’ first name and city may be posted publicly on seattlefwc26.org.
Prizes can be redeemed at official Prize Pick-Up Sites across Washington. These sites are:
- Staffed by trained volunteers
- Accessible and transit-friendly
- Available while supplies last
Make sure to bring your phone with the SEA&WIN app open and camera enabled to verify your Ticket total.
You earn points by:
- Visiting SEA&WIN Stops
- Completing quizzes and challenges
- Playing mini-games
Your total Ticket balance determines which prize tiers you can access.

Community Benefits
By bringing fans and residents to the front door of businesses, cultural sites, and neighborhood hubs, SEA&WIN spreads economic activity and highlights diverse communities in Seattle and throughout Washington state.
It’s a fun, free way to discover Seattle and Washington state—whether you’re a lifelong local or visiting for the first time. The game highlights small businesses, cultural landmarks, and public art connected to the FIFA World Cup 2026™ legacy.
The process for adding new stops is now closed. Participating locations were selected through SeattleFWC26 Tour Leads, the Donor Program, and the Community Activation Calendar. However, businesses can still get involved by downloading the publicly available SEA&WIN Toolkit to promote the game and encourage players to visit their business as they explore Seattle and Washington state.
Accessibility & Inclusion
Most of the game requires the mobile app. However, some tours and community events will include physical maps or guided participation so that everyone can engage.
Yes. SEA&WIN has been designed with accessibility in mind. Players can filter stops to see which locations are marked as accessible. Our partnerships with AccessMap helps to ensure inclusive navigation and participation for all players.
