As the world's attention turns to the final weekend of international soccer's biggest tournament, U District Advocates invites Seattleites to celebrate together at a free, two-day World Soccer Fan Celebration at the square at U District Station on Saturday, July 18 and Sunday, July 19, 2026.

The celebration transforms the square directly at the U District light rail station into a neighborhood festival for the tournament's final weekend. Both days feature live match viewing on a huge outdoor LED screen: the third-place match on Saturday and the championship final on Sunday.

Beyond the matches, the weekend offers something for every age:

- Live music from Seattle-area performers including Leo Leo and Craetorus

- Family-friendly soccer activities for kids and fans of all ages

- A soccer-themed outdoor movie (Shaolin Soccer - 2001) on Saturday evening
