At SeattleFWC26 Local Organizing Committee (“SeattleFWC26 LOC”), we are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable data protection and privacy laws. This Privacy Policy governs the use of information collected through our SEA&WIN mobile app (“SEA&WIN” or the “App”).

This Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand what limited information we may collect, how it is used, and how it is protected.

In this Privacy Policy, “we”, “our” and “us” refers to the SeattleFWC26 LOC, and the terms “you” and “your” refer to users of the SEA&WIN app.

By using SEA&WIN, you acknowledge and agree that information may be collected and used as described in this Privacy Policy.

SEA&WIN does not collect personal protected information (such as social security numbers, financial data, or sensitive identifiers) unless it is strictly needed to redeem prizes. In those cases, we may ask for basic contact information such as your name, email address, and mailing address.

How We Collect and Use Information

We collect only the minimum amount of information needed to operate the App and fulfill prize redemptions.

When redeeming a prize, we will inform you of what information is required and use it only for that purpose.

If you do not wish to provide prize redemption information, you may not be able to claim or receive your prize.

We use collected information only for the following purposes:

• operating and improving the SEA&WIN App experience;
• administering prize delivery and redemption; and
• ensuring App security and preventing abuse.

The SEA&WIN app may collect limited technical information (such as device type and operating system) and in-app usage data (such as tour progress and game performance). This information is used only to maintain functionality and improve the user experience.

Our Disclosure of Information

SeattleFWC26 LOC may disclose limited information only when:

• necessary to deliver a prize (e.g., to a shipping provider);
• required by law or legal process; or
• needed to ensure the security of the App.

We do not sell or share personal information for marketing purposes.

Retention of Information: We only retain prize redemption information for as long as needed to fulfill the prize and meet any legal requirements. Afterwards, it will be securely deleted.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect any information collected against accidental or unlawful loss, access, or disclosure.

Direct Marketing 

SEA&WIN does not use collected information for direct marketing or promotional purposes.

Your Rights 

You may contact us at seaandwin@sea2026.org to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. You may also withdraw consent at any time (though this may affect your ability to claim prizes).
