About SEA&WIN Prizes

The SEA&WIN application prize experience (“Experience”) is sponsored by Seattle International Soccer Local Organizing Committee (“SeattleFWC26”) (“Sponsor”), a Washington State non-profit entity. SEA&WIN prize framework ensures a fair, transparent, and accessible approach to how players earn, redeem, and celebrate rewards throughout the period that the app is live and available to the public.  The goal is to balance broad community participation with premium incentives related to the Seattle FWC26.  

By playing SEA&WIN, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility & How to Play

• No Purchase Necessary.
• To enter, you must meet the eligibility requirements including downloading and agreeing to the SEA&WIN End User License Agreement terms and conditions on a personal cellular or other device.
• To redeem prizes, players must have an active SEA&WIN account and agree to the app’s Terms and Conditions.
• Players earn points, called “tickets” in the app, by visiting SEA&WIN stops, completing challenges, or answering quiz questions.

• Prizes are available only to individuals physically located in Washington State at the time of redemption that have earned sufficient tickets.  

• Players must be 18 years of age or older at the time of submission to be eligible for any Grand Prize “Golden Ball” or VIP invitation.

• Prizes are available while supplies last and may vary by location.  Winners are responsible for any taxes, duties, customs, and like amounts in respect of the prizes.  

• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the prize experience at any time.

• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the SeattleFWC26 or its vendors are not eligible for grand prizes.

2. Prize Tiers

Tier 1 – Community Engagement
Collect stickers and complete tours to unlock exclusive SEA&WIN posters celebrating Washington’s soccer culture.

Tier 2 – Tournament Collectibles
Mid-level rewards such as SeattleFWC26-branded scarves, pins, or other limited-edition merchandise.

Tier 3 – Grand Prizes (“Golden Ball” Winners)
Top scorers may earn premium rewards such as VIP experiences. Grand Prizes are limited and awarded to verified players at the end of each prize window.  

There will be 12 grand prizes awarded.  Grand Prize winners assume sole responsibility for all costs associated with any component of the Grand Prize including all federal, state, and local taxes incurred as a result of being awarded a Grand Prize.  The Grand Prize may be substituted by Sponsor at its sole and exclusive discretion.  

The Grand Prize is not transferrable and not substitutable with cash or a cash equivalent. There is no fair market value for the Grand Prize Experience.

3. Prize Periods

Prize availability and redemption windows will be announced in-app and on seattlefwc26.org.  

• Mar 6 - Mar 29

• Mar 30 – Apr 19

• Apr 20 – May 10

• May 11 – May 31

• Jun 1– Jun 21

• Jun 22 – Jul 6

Prizes may be adjusted, substituted, or discontinued without notice. Once a prize’s inventory is exhausted, its associated QR code will be deactivated.

4. Prize Redemption

• Prizes can be redeemed at official pickup sites located across Washington.

• Pickup sites are staffed by trained volunteers and selected for accessibility and proximity to public transit.

• Players must present their app with sufficient tickets (points) to redeem a prize and make their camera accessible to claim prizes.

• Prizes will be available on a first come first served bases while supplies last.  

• Grand Prize winners will be amongst all eligible entries.

5. Grand Prize Inquiries

A limited number of Golden Balls will be available at each prize pickup sites during each prize window.  

Players who collect a Golden Ball and provide valid contact information at the prize site will be eligible for grand prize consideration.

At the end of each prize window, the two players with the highest verified number of tickets (points) —one from a Seattle Prize Site and one from elsewhere in Washington—will be contacted using the preferred contact method provided at the time of  

The SeattleFWC26 Local Organizing Committee will attempt to contact each selected winner up to three (3) times using their preferred method (email, phone, or either). If there is no response within seven (7) days of the final attempt, the prize will be considered unclaimed, and the opportunity will move to the next eligible winner.

All tickets and prize entries are managed within the SEA&WIN app. Contact information is provided only to the SeattleFWC26 Local Organizing Committee for verification and prize fulfillment purposes.

After each prize window closes, the first name and city of verified Grand Prize winners may be posted publicly by the SeattleFWC26 Local Organizing Committee.

SEA&WIN IS OPERATED BY THE SEATTLE FIFA WORLD CUP 26™ LOCAL ORGANIZING COMMITTEE. PRIZES ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND VERIFICATION.SEA&WIN IS NOT AN OFFICIAL FIFA PRODUCT.

By playing the SEA&WIN application game and participating as a player in the Prize Experience, the entrant represents and warrants that all information contained in his/her entry is true and accurate. The entrant grants Sponsor the right to use the entrant’s name, likeness, voice, and any additional audio, video or photographs taken by the Sponsor during the Prize Experience for promotional purposes including on the SEA&WIN application and Sponsor’s website and social media, without compensation to entrant except where prohibited by law.  

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, SEA&WIN application, or the administration of the Prize Experience.  

Each entrant hereby releases, and agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, those working on Sponsor’s behalf, and Sponsor’s officers, board of directors, managers, directors, representatives, employees, agents, successors and assigns (“Released Parties”), from any damage, injury, death, loss or other liability, either at law or equity, whether known or unknown, asserted or non-asserted, that may arise from or in any way relate to the entrant’s participation in this Prize Experience
