Quick Facts: What You Really Need to Know

  • Tickets are NOT on SALE on September 10. The Visa Presale Draw entry period begins Sept. 10, 2025. The Visa Presale Draw is the first chance to apply for tickets at FIFA.com/tickets
  • Visa Required for First Phase – Visa, FIFA’s Official Payment Technology Partner, is the only way to pay during this initial sales window.
  • Tickets Start at $60 – Group stage tickets begin at $60, with all group stage matches available in the first phase.
  • More Chances Ahead – Didn’t get tickets in the draw? Additional sales phases will open from October 2025 through July 2026.
  • Official Sources Only – Always buy through FIFA.com/tickets or FIFA.com/hospitality

 

FAQs 

Q: Are tickets on sale September 10?
A: No. September 10th is the first chance for fans to register for the Visa Presale Draw at FIFA.com/tickets. On Sept. 29, fans will begin to be notified if they’ve been selected. The first purchase time slots open on Oct. 1, 2025.

Q: What is the Visa Presale Draw?
A: It’s the first opportunity to apply for tickets. Visa is FIFA’s Official Payment Technology Partner and the exclusive way to pay in this first phase.

Q: How does the Visa Presale Draw process work?
A:

  • Create or sign in with a FIFA ID at FIFA.com/tickets.
  • Apply between Sept. 10–19, 2025 for a chance to buy tickets, tickets in this phase may only be purchased using a Visa card.
  • Starting Sept. 29, FIFA will begin notifying applicants if they have been selected.
  • Selected fans will be given a specific purchase time slot starting Oct. 1, 2025.
  • Fans must log in during their assigned time slot to complete their purchase (tickets subject to availability).

 

Q: How many tickets can fans buy?
A: Fans can purchase up to 4 tickets per match, for as many as 10 matches, with a maximum of 40 tickets per account. Multiple games in multiple cities can be purchased in one transaction, provided the matches are all on different days.

Q: What if I don’t get selected in the Visa Presale Draw?
A: More sales phases are coming:

  • Phase 2: Early Ticket Draw (Oct.–Dec. 2025)
  • Phase 3: Random Selection Draw (after the Final Draw on Dec. 5, 2025)
  • First-come, first-served sales closer to the tournament.

Q: How much do tickets cost?
A: Group stage tickets start at $60 USD. Prices vary by match and seat category, with the most premium seats for the Final reaching $6,730 USD.

Q: What matches are available in this first phase?
A: All 104 matches will be available, including group stage and knockout rounds.

Q: When will we know which teams are playing in each match?
A: Teams will be assigned during the Final Draw on Dec. 5, 2025. Until then, fans can buy based on match date and location.

Q: Where should fans buy tickets?
A: Only at FIFA.com/tickets. Hospitality packages, which include tickets, are available now at FIFA.com/hospitality.
